The commercial interior design scheme of Eden shopping Centre building was anchored by a 4 storey, 141,500 ft² House of Fraser department store & also included a 108,000 ft² Marks and Spencer store, 56 other retail units, 12 screen cinema, 24 lane bowling facility, 6 restaurant and catering units, a library and 48 residential units with its modern interior design.
