Panasonic Toughbook S10 with Sandy Bridge, USB 3.0, and 12.5-hour battery life
Panasonic has unveiled a new Toughbook laptop that features Intel Core i5-2520M vPro processor and delivers up to 12.5 hours of standard battery life. The laptop is called the Toughbook S10 and it has an integrated DVD drive along with a 12.1-inch screen and weighs only 3.0 pounds.
The Toughbook S10 sports a 12.1-inch LCD display with LED backlighting Anti-glare screen treatment so you can, perhaps, take it out on your private Yacht and do work under the sun. The Toughbook S10 also offers optional Gobi2000 mobile broadband for stay connected on a go. Other connectivity includes 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi for Internet and Bluetooth 2.1 for wireless peripherals.
The Toughbook S10 runs Windows 7 Pro and has 320GB of spece, 4-8GB of RAM, USB 3.0 and 2.0, analog (VGA) and digital (HDMI) video and the latest SD card standard (SDXC).
The Panasonic Toughbook S10 will be available in September for an estimated street price of $2,449.
