Lenovo quietly launches its IdeaTab A2109 (model A2109-22901D) 9-inch tablet that is now available at BestBuy for $299.99. While its brother gets a 9.7-inch 4-point multitouch touchscreen, the A2109 comes with a small 9-inch 1280×800 HD touchscreen display. It also gets a 3 Megapixel main camera for shooting photos and 1.3 Megapixel fron-facing camera for video chat.

The new IdeaTab is powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 quad-core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, and runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The tablet supports Bluetooth and WiFi and offers HDMI output. It has 16GB internal memory and supports microSD cards.
